See How Much the UNION organizers Make...Where do the dues you pay actually go....Lots of hotels, caterers and businesses benefit!!!http://k.b5z.net/i/u/6011029/i/CNA.LM2.2008.pdf
Site under construction.... Bear with us while we provide you with the most up to date activities of CNA/PASNAP/NNOC at our facility... RAFU!!!!
Hahnemann Nurses Pay attention to this!
The week of May 25th a memo was issued from Hahnemann/Tenet that stated nurses both pro and anti in their opinions were allowed access to the cafeteria, they could wear pins, and distribute information in the breakrooms. Administration has identified that we are grown up enough to make our own conclusions from the information provided. Well on Thursday the 4th of June and Friday the 5th of June our group RAFU presented first banners that stated "Hahnemann Nurses" "Vote NO!" and our website. We were stalked and intimidated in the cafeteria by 8 different organizers from PASNAP/CNA/NNOC! In fact on Friday at lunch we were again at a table minding our own business when OUR CNO and Director of HUMAN RESOURCES made us remove our banner because the UNION felt it was a violation of our union sided EPA/Neutrality Agreement!
Why is the union so irritated about
such a simple message if it doesn't
contain the truth?... Make your voices
heard HAHNEMANN NURSES VOTE
NO on the 17th and 18th of June!

Paragraph.

Dear Mr. Trevor Fetter,
WE understand that the Tenet hospital chain has an agreement, called an EPA, with the NNOC concerning union representation purposes for all RNs in the health care system. We find it highly offensive that you would agree to such an arrangement.
You are denying the right of the registered nurse to determine which union, IF ANY, represents us, and it is also an affront to the largest female profession in healthcare.
Nurses in Texas, specifically Cypress Fairbanks, have just filed for a decertification election of the NNOC.
Nurses in the state of NJ at 7 hospitals represented by the HPAE/AFT are taking a strike vote this week, in the midst of a flu epidemic and the need for health care reform.
Our nurses were denied the right of a proper and formal education on what union representation means. We have been denied the right of equal access, and have effectively blocked our free speech and first amendment rights.
We find it highly offensive that the NNOC would be allowed such courtesies when in March of 2008; the NNOC staged a campaign against the SEIU in Ohio, at the 9 Catholic Healthcare Partners hospital system for the very same issue.
PASNAP/NNOC has now filed a petition for election with the NLRB. That is a direct attack on the nurses at Hahnemann and the patient population that we serve. We insist that you nullify this petition, and apologize to our staff in denying us our right to choose.
Sincerely,
RNS against Forced Unionism (RAFU at Hahnemann)
